First phase (9-A, Oksamytova Street)
• the house is commissioned;
• all apartments are sold and occupied;
• the arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house has been partially completed;
• waterproofing works and backfilling in the second part of the underground parking lot are being performed.
Second phase (11-A, Oksamytova Street)
• facade, plaster works and screed continue;
• construction of communications on apartments is almost completed (works proceed on 16-17 floors).
Third phase (1-A, Kryshtaleva Street)
• radiators (3rd floor) and boilers (11-12 floors) are being installed;
• connection to networks (gas, electricity) continues.
Fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva Street)
• plumbing work continues;
• work related to flues has been completed.
Fifth phase (1-B, Kryshtaleva Street)
• works on the foundation slab is in progress.
