The first stage (9-A Oksamytova St.)
• the house is commissioned.
The second stage (11-A Oksamytova St.)
• the house is commissioned.
The third stage (1-A Kryshtaleva str.)
• the house is commissioned.
Fourth stage (1 Kryshtaleva str.)
• the process of house commissioning and connecting the gas supply is ongoing.
The fifth stage (1-B Kryshtaleva str.)
• installation of internal gas supply systems, plastering and screed arrangement are completed;
• facade works (90% complete), interior finishing and electrical works, and elevator installation are in progress;
• apartment doors have been ordered;
• waterproofing works are underway in the last part of the underground parking lot.
