First phase (9-A, Oksamytova Street)
• house is commissioned;
Second phase (11-A, Oksamytova Street)
• house is commissioned;
Third phase (1-A, Kryshtaleva Street)
• house is commissioned;
Fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva Street)
• the lobby has been finished, irrigation systems installed, radiators and meters installed;
• installation of a playground and a fountain, preparation for laying lawns, and preparation of the building for commissioning are in progress.
Fifth phase (1-B, Kryshtaleva Street)
• installation of the heating system has been completed;
• facade works (70% complete), plastering works (80% complete), screed installation (60% complete), gas supply installation (50% complete), and fire door installation are in progress;
• preparations for interior finishing works and installation of doors have begun;
• in the last part of the underground parking lot, works on the arrangement of the parking lot floor slab are in progress (70% complete).
