The first stage (9-A Oksamytova St.)
• the house is commissioned.
The second stage (11-A Oksamytova St.)
• the house is commissioned.
The third stage (1-A Kryshtaleva str.)
• the house is commissioned.
Fourth stage (1 Kryshtaleva str.)
• the process of connecting gas and electricity supply on a permanent basis is underway, as well as preparations for signing major contracts.
The fifth stage (1-B Kryshtaleva str.)
• the main works on finishing of the public usage places and staircases, installation of window and door structures on the 1st and 2nd floors have been completed;
• facade works (99% complete), internal and electrical works (95% complete), installation of boilers and radiators (85% complete), arrangement of the 1st floor facade, external lighting, irrigation, and landscaping works are in progress;
• preparations for planting plants and finishing works in the lobby have begun;
• in the last part of the underground parking lot, landscaping works are underway, preparations for pouring the floor and installing the fire safety system.
