• hall decor works are in progress (50% ready);

Third phase (1-A, Kryshtaleva Street)
• house in commissioned;
• partially completed arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house.
Fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva Street)
• installation of a ventilated facade (60% performed);
• installation of the wet facade (60% performed);
