Progress in construction RC "Crystal Avenue", February 2020
Our traditional dugest tells about the dynamics of construction work in residential complex “Crystal Avenue” in Petropavlivska Borshchagivka, where the construction of three project houses is currently ongoing.
At the second stage of the complex, the installation of inter-apartment walls of aerated concrete (200 mm), which have a layer of mineral wool (50 mm) on the 8th and 9th floors, has already been completed.
At the third stage, builders completed the installation of the floor slab of the 11th floor and began to fill the vertical structures of the 12th floor. In parallel, monolithic stairs are being installed. Now these works have been completed at the level of the 10th floor.
At the fourth stage, primary construction work continues: piles have been driven in a dug pit, and concrete preparation for the foundation is being arranged.
