First phase (9-A, Oksamytova Street)
• house is commissioned;
Second phase (11-A, Oksamytova Street)
• house is commissioned;
Third phase (1-A, Kryshtaleva Street)
• house is commissioned;
Fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva Street)
• installation of the pump room has been completed, and water supply has been started;
• works on finishing the hall (95% ready), installation of irrigation (95% ready), installation of radiators and meters (80% ready), finishing works in the fountain bowl are in progress;
• preparations for the building commissioning are underway .
Fifth phase (1-B, Kryshtaleva Street)
• installation of the water supply system has been completed;
• installation of the heat supply system (90% complete), facade works (50% complete), plastering works (60% complete), screed installation (40% complete), and gas supply installation (30% complete) are in progress;
• preparation for interior finishing works has begun;
• the last part of the project is still in the process of pouring the parking lot floor slab (60% complete).
