First phase (9-A, Oksamytova Street)
• house is commissioned;
• all apartments are sold and occupied;
• arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house is partially completed.
Second phase (11-A, Oksamytova Street)
• bushes and flowers have been planted;
•preparation for installation of the children's playground is underway.
Third phase (1-A, Kryshtaleva Street)
• house in commissioned;
• arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house is partially completed.
Fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva Street)
•launching of the elevator equipment has been completed;
•works on finishing the public usage places (75% complete), facade works on the 1st floor (80% complete), finishing the hall, and landscaping works are underway.
Fifth phase (1-B, Kryshtaleva Street)
•sewerage systems have been completed;
•installation of windows (12-16 floors) and roofing (60% complete) is underway;
• electrical installation works on the final stage and monolithic works on the last part of the underground car park have begun.
