Progress in construction RC "Crystal Avenue", October 2023
First phase (9-A, Oksamytova Street)
• house is commissioned;
• all apartments are sold and occupied;
• arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house is partially completed.
Second phase (11-A, Oksamytova Street)
• facade works are completed;
• installation of outdoor lighting and preparation for planting plants is ongoing.
Third phase (1-A, Kryshtaleva Street)
• house in commissioned;
• arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house is partially completed.
Fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva Street)
• installation of the wet facade is completed;
• works on public usage places decor is ongoing (20% ready), doors installation for public usage places (30% ready), installation of internal fire systems (90% ready), installation of power cables and electrical panels (80% ready), landscaping of the territory;
• production of apartment doors has started.
Fifth phase (1-B, Kryshtaleva Street)
• the brickwork of the walls is being completed (95% ready);
• preparation for installation of windows and arrangement of the roof is in progress;
• work on the construction of another underground parking lot has begun. There, the construction of the pit has now been completed and preparations for monolithic works are underway.
