The Construction Progress of the RC “Crystal Avenue”, February 2021
First phase (9-A, Oksamytova Street)
• the house is commissioned;
• all apartments are sold and occupied;
• the arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house has been partially completed;
• waterproofing works in the second part of the underground parking lot are being performed.
Second phase (11-A, Oksamytova Street)
• works on the road to the first house of the RC have been completed near the house.
Third phase (1-A, Kryshtaleva Street)
• works related to water supply and sewerage are being carried out;
• finishing works have been started in public places.
Fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva Street)
• completed monolithic frame works at the level of the 16th floor;
• brickwork on the 10th floor has been completed.
Fifth phase (1-B, Kryshtaleva Street)
• work on borehole injection piles has been completed.
