Progress in construction RC "Crystal Avenue", August 2022
First phase (9-A, Oksamytova Street)
• house is commissioned;
• all apartments are sold and occupied;
• arrangement of the local area around the house is partially completed;
• lighting and ventilation systems, parking lot covering, road marking, and gate installation in the second part of the underground parking lot have been completed.
Second phase (11-A, Oksamytova Street)
• interior finishing on the floors: work was done on 6 floors;
• facade arrangement of the basement floor (300 sq. m. is ready);
• installation of radiators (installed on six floors);
• installation of tiles on cold transitions (70% done);
• installation of suspended ceilings: 2 floors are completed;
• landscaping of the surrounding area: work is completed on an area of 500 square meters;
• works on the installation of lightning protection on the roof, installation of basement waterproofing, installation of entrance groups and commissioning of elevators have been completed.
Third phase (1-A, Kryshtaleva Street)
• house in commissioned;
• partially completed arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house.
Fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva Street)
• installation of a ventilated facade (10% performed in July);
• arrangement of internal gas supply (20% performed in July);
• installation of the wet facade has begun.
Fifth phase (1-B, Kryshtaleva Street)
• brickwork continues (completed on the 7th floor).
