First phase (9-A, Oksamytova Street)
• house is commissioned;
• all apartments are sold and occupied;
• arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house is partially completed.
Second phase (11-A, Oksamytova Street)
• installation of the playground is underway.
Third phase (1-A, Kryshtaleva Street)
• house is commissioned;
• arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house is partially completed.
Fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva Street)
• finishing of the public usage places, installation of lamps in the public usage places, installation of railings has been completed;
• works on finishing the hall (80% ready), installation of irrigation (80% ready), installation of radiators and meters (50% ready), installation of a pump room (95% ready), facade arrangement (50% ready) are in progress;
• preparations for water supply have been started.
Fifth phase (1-B, Kryshtaleva Street)
• electrical work has been completed and window installation is almost complete (except for the 1st floor);
• installation of water supply and heating systems (70% complete), facade works (30% complete), plastering works (40% complete), installation of gas supply;
• preparations for the screed have begun;
• works on pouring of the parking lot floor slab continue.
