First phase (9-A, Oksamytova Street)
• house is commissioned;
• all apartments are sold and occupied;
• arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house is partially completed;
Second phase (11-A, Oksamytova Street)
•hall finishing and works on connecting gas supply networks have been completed;
•works on connection of power supply networks and improvement of the territory are ongoing.
Third phase (1-A, Kryshtaleva Street)
• house in commissioned;
• arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house is partially completed.
Fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva Street)
• installation of a ventilated facade (95% ready);
• installation of a wet facade (95% ready);
• gasification of the house (90% ready);
• installation of fire equipment (90% ready);
• work on the improvement of the territory is ongoing;
• installation of doors for public usage (10% ready) and preparation for finishing works has begun.
Fifth phase (1-B, Kryshtaleva Street)
• brickwork of walls on the 11th floor continues.
