First phase (9-A, Oksamytova Street)
• the house is commissioned;
• all apartments are sold and occupied;
• the arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house has been partially completed;
• concrete works on the entrance groups at the entrance to the second part of the underground parking lot have been completed;
Second phase (11-A, Oksamytova Street)
• installation of apartment doors (3-4 floors) and vestibule doors has started;
• facade and finishing works, installation of elevators proceed.
Third phase (1-A, Kryshtaleva Street)
• improvement of the adjacent territory (laying of paving slabs) continues.
Fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva Street)
• installation of window frames continues (15th floor);
• plastering works are underway (5-6 floors);
• heating installation has started.
Fifth phase (1-B, Kryshtaleva Street)
• the floor slab of the first floor has been completed.
