Progress in construction RC "Crystal Avenue", June 2020
First stage (9-A, Oksamytova Street)
• the house is commissioned;
• all apartments are sold and partially occupied;
• the arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house has been partially completed.
Second stage (11-A, Oksamytova Street)
• completed works on monolithic frame at the level of the 12th floor;
• brickwork of external walls up to the 9th floor has been made;
• installation of monolithic stairs is completed at the level of the 9th floor;
• completed installation of aerated concrete inter-apartment walls with a mineral wool layer.
Third stage (1-A, Kryshtaleva Street)
• all monolithic works have been completed;
• brickwork is completed;
• installation of windows, plumbing and installation of fire alarms continues.
Fourth stage (1, Kryshtaleva Street)
• works on monolithic frame at the level of the 1st floor have been completed
