Progress in construction RC "Crystal Avenue", November 2020
The first phase (9-A, Oksamytova Street)
• the house is commissioned;
• all apartments are sold and partially occupied;
• the arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house has been partially completed;
• the overlapping in the second part of the underground parking lot is being prepared.
The second phase (11-A, Oksamytova Street)
• completed brickwork of the walls, except for the first floor;
• completed electrical work, the Internet;
• plastering of walls and slopes has been performed on 2–14 floors;
• the floor screed has been made on 3-8 floors.
The third phase (1-A, Kryshtaleva Street)
• doors, floor screed and drains installation continues;
• facade works are underway;
• finishing works of common areas have been completed.
The fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva Street)
• monolithic frame works are underway at the level of the 12th floor;
• brickwork of walls at the level of 2–4 floors has been started.
The fifth phase (1-B, Kryshtaleva Street)
• pit development is underway.
