Progress in construction RC "Crystal Avenue", June 2024
First phase (9-A, Oksamytova Street)
• house is commissioned;
• all apartments are sold and occupied;
• arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house is partially completed.
Second phase (11-A, Oksamytova Street)
• preparations for the installation of the playground are underway.
Third phase (1-A, Kryshtaleva Street)
• house is commissioned;
• arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house is partially completed.
Fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva Street)
• work on finishing the public usage places (95% complete) is underway, finishing the hall, facade work on the 1st floor (80% complete), installation of radiators and meters (30% complete), landscaping (planting plants, installing irrigation and outdoor lighting systems), arranging a fountain, installing public usage places fixtures, and installing a pump room;
• installation of boilers has begun.
Fifth phase (1-B, Kryshtaleva Street)
• roofing has been completed and window installation is almost complete (except for floors 2-3);
• electrical works, installation of water supply and heating systems (70% complete), facade and plastering works (30% complete), installation of gas supply and fire safety systems, screed arrangement (10% complete) are in progress;
• preparatory work for the dismantling of the crane has begun;
• in the last part of the underground parking lot, the pouring of vertical elements (walls and pylons) has been completed; preparatory work has begun for the pouring of the parking lot floor slab.
