First phase (9-A, Oksamytova Street)
• the house is commissioned;
• all apartments are sold and occupied;
• the arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house has been partially completed;
• work on the enter to the second part of the underground parking lot has begun.
Second phase (11-A, Oksamytova Street)
• plastering works are completed;
• screed is being made on 16-17 floors, communications - on the 17th floor;
• facade works are underway.
Third phase (1-A, Kryshtaleva Street)
• radiators are being installed;
• connection to networks (gas, electricity) continues;
• finishing works have started on the ground floor (in the lobby);
• work on entrance groups continues;
• installation of boilers is completed.
Fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva Street)
• plumbing work continues (installation of risers);
• installation of windows has started.
Fifth phase (1-B, Kryshtaleva Street)
• the foundation slab is made;
• tower crane installation is completed;
• work on vertical walls has begun.
