First phase (9-A, Oksamytova Street)
• the house is commissioned;
• all apartments are sold and occupied;
• the arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house has been partially completed;
• waterproofing works in the second part of the underground parking lot are being performed.
Second phase (11-A, Oksamytova Street)
• roofing works are in progress.
Third phase (1-A, Kryshtaleva Street)
• finishing works in common areas are continuing.
Fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva Street)
• monolithic-frame work continues on the 17th floor;
• completed brickwork of the walls on the 12th floor;
• plumbing work have started.
Fifth phase (1-B, Kryshtaleva Street)
• work on borehole injection piles has been completed.
