First phase (9-A, Oksamytova Street)
• house is commissioned;
• all apartments are sold and occupied;
• arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house is partially completed.
Second phase (11-A, Oksamytova Street)
• planting of flowers and lawn has been completed, and an irrigation system has been installed;
• preparation for the playground installation is underway.
Third phase (1-A, Kryshtaleva Street)
• house in commissioned;
• arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house is partially completed.
Fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva Street)
• installation and commissioning of the fire safety system, as well as the installation of railings, have been completed;
• work on finishing the public usage places is underway (95% complete), finishing the hall, facade work on the 1st floor (80% complete), installation of radiators, installation of meters, landscaping (planting plants, installation of irrigation and outdoor lighting systems);
• the fountain arrangement, installation of luminaires in the public usage places, installation of the pump room, and preparations for the boiler installation are underway.
Fifth phase (1-B, Kryshtaleva Street)
• installation of windows (17-18 floors), roofing (90% complete), electrical work, installation of water supply and heating systems (60% complete) are underway;
• facade and plastering works, installation of gas supply and fire safety systems have begun;
• preparation for the screed arrangement is underway;
• the foundation slab in the last part of the underground parking lot has been poured, and the vertical elements (walls and pylons) are being poured.
