First phase (9-A, Oksamytova Street)
• house is commissioned;
• all apartments are sold and occupied;
• arrangement of the local area around the house is partially completed;
• work continues on the arrangement of lighting and ventilation systems in the second part of the underground parking.
Second phase (11-A, Oksamytova Street)
• interior finishing on the floors (works on two floors is completed);
• facade arrangement of the basement floor (300 sq. m. is ready);
• installation of radiators (installed on two floors);
• installation of tiles on cold transitions (50% done);
• work on the improvement of the adjacent territory around the house continues;
• completed work on arrangement of lightning protection on the roof.
Third phase (1-A, Kryshtaleva Street)
• house in commissioned;
• partially completed arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house.
Fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva Street)
• craftsmen are working on the installation of a ventilated facade;
• arrangement of internal gas supply is in progress.
Fifth phase (1-B, Kryshtaleva Street)
• brickwork continues (on the 6th floor).
