Progress in construction RC "Crystal Avenue", October 2020
First stage (9-A, Oksamitova Street)
• the house is put into operation;
• all apartments are sold and partially occupied;
• the arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house has been partially completed;
• works on monolithic frame are being carried out in the second part of the underground parking lot.
Second stage (11-A, Oksamytova Street)
• brick masonry is nearing completion;
• windows are installed on 10-13 floors;
• plastering of walls and slopes (9th floor) continues.
Third stage (1-A, Kryshtaleva Street)
• plumbing and floor screed is completed;
• facade works are underway (12-14 floors);
• finishing works are underway (5-6 floors).
Fourth stage (1, Kryshtaleva Street)
• monolithic frame works are underway at the 11th floor level.
