First phase (9-A, Oksamytova Street)
• the house is commissioned;
• all apartments are sold and occupied;
• the arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house has been partially completed;
• work on arrangement of fire-prevention systems and electric installation works proceed; the installation of hinged metal structures at the entrance to the parking lot has been completed.
Second phase (11-A, Oksamytova Street)
• arrangement of public usage places (facade works on the first floor, tile laying and arrangement of stairwells) continues.
Third phase (1-A, Kryshtaleva Street)
• the house is commissioned;
• the arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house has been partially completed.
Fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva Street)
• plastering works, installation of heating and works on a floor cap have been almost completed.
Fifth phase (1-B, Kryshtaleva Street)
• monolithic frame works on the 12th floor are underway;
• brickwork proceeds (on the 3rd floor).
