Progress in construction RC "Crystal Avenue", May 2020
First stage (9-A, Oksamytova Street)
• the house is commissioned;
• all apartments are sold and partially occupied;
• the arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house has been partially completed.
Second stage (11-A, Oksamytova Street)
• completed monolithic frame works at the level of the 10th floor;
• finished brickwork of external walls up to the 9th floor;
• completion of monolithic stairs installation at the level of the 9th floor;
• completed installation of aerated concrete inter-apartment walls with a mineral wool layer;
• monolithic frame works are being carried out at the level of the 11th floor.
Third stage (1-A, Kryshtaleva Street)
• the technical floor is blocked;
• all monolithic works have been completed;
• brickwork from a red ceramic block has reached the 15th floor;
• monolithic stairs construction is completed;
• installation of windows has started.
Fourth stage (1, Kryshtaleva Street)
• the floor slab of the building has been made;
• completed installation of vertical basement structures
