Progress in construction RC "Crystal Avenue", October 2021
First phase (9-A, Oksamytova Street)
• the house is commissioned;
• all apartments are sold and occupied;
• the arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house has been partially completed;
• works on arrangement of fire-fighting systems and electrical installation works in the second part of the underground parking continue.
Second phase (11-A, Oksamytova Street)
• start-up and adjustment works take place in elevators;
• the membrane is being installed on the roof;
• installation of cold transition fences is completed;
• installation of balconies on the upper floors has begun.
Third phase (1-A, Kryshtaleva Street)
• installation of a playground continues;
Fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva Street)
• plastering works are almost finished (1, 15, 16 floors remain) and roof insulation is coming to an end;
• installation of heating continues (on 11-13 floors);
• work on the floor cap (8-9 floors) continues.
Fifth phase (1-B, Kryshtaleva Street)
• works on monolithic frame on the 8th floor are underway.
