First phase (9-A, Oksamytova Street)
• house is commissioned;
Second phase (11-A, Oksamytova Street)
• house is commissioned;
Third phase (1-A, Kryshtaleva Street)
• house is commissioned;
Fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva Street)
• installation of a playground, a fountain and an access control system for the building has been completed;
• work on laying lawns and planting trees has begun;
• preparations for laying the rubber coating and preparing the building for commissioning are underway.
Fifth phase (1-B, Kryshtaleva Street)
• facade works are in progress (80% complete), plastering works (90% complete), screed installation (70% complete), gas supply installation (60% complete), and fire door installation;
• preparations for interior finishing and electrical works have begun.
• in the last part of the underground parking lot, the parking lot floor slab has been completed; preparations for insulation and waterproofing of the parking lot are underway.
