Progress in construction RC "Crystal Avenue", February 2024
First phase (9-A, Oksamytova Street)
• house is commissioned;
• all apartments are sold and occupied;
• arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house is partially completed.
Second phase (11-A, Oksamytova Street)
• small architectural forms (trash bins, benches) have been installed;
• preparation for installation of the children's playground is underway.
Third phase (1-A, Kryshtaleva Street)
• house in commissioned;
• arrangement of the adjacent territory around the house is partially completed.
Fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva Street)
• installation of equipment in the control room and doors on the 1st floor is completed;
• work on finishing the public usage places is ongoing (55% complete), commissioning of elevator equipment, facade work on the 1st floor (60% complete).
Fifth phase (1-B, Kryshtaleva Street)
• brickwork of the walls is completed;
• installation of windows is in progress.
