The first stage (9-A Oksamytova St.)
• the house is commissioned.
The second stage (11-A Oksamytova St.)
• the house is commissioned.
The third stage (1-A Kryshtaleva str.)
• the house is commissioned.
Fourth stage (1 Kryshtaleva str.)
• all construction and documentation work has been completed.
The fifth stage (1-B Kryshtaleva str.)
• finishing works in the lobby, installation of irrigation system, testing of all building systems, connection of the building to water and electricity supply networks have been completed.
• work on the facade of the 1st floor (99% complete), landscaping, and planting of plants is ongoing.
• the process of commissioning the building and preparing to transfer apartments to investors has begun.
• landscaping, flooring, and fire safety system installation work is continuing in the last section of the underground parking garage.
