The first stage (9-A Oksamytova St.)
• the house is commissioned.
The second stage (11-A Oksamytova St.)
• the house is commissioned.
The third stage (1-A Kryshtaleva str.)
• the house is commissioned.
Fourth stage (1 Kryshtaleva str.)
• gas supply connection completed
• connection of electricity supply on a permanent basis and conclusion of major contracts are in progress.
The fifth stage (1-B Kryshtaleva str.)
• facade works, interior and electrical works, final cleaning of common areas and staircases have been completed;
• finishing works in the lobby, facade arrangement on the 1st floor (80% complete), outdoor lighting and irrigation installation, landscaping and preparation for planting, testing of all building systems, preparation for commissioning are ongoing;
• landscaping works are continuing in the last part of the underground parking lot, floor installation and fire safety system installation have begun.
