The first stage (9-A Oksamytova St.)
• the house is commissioned.
The second stage (11-A Oksamytova St.)
• the house is commissioned.
The third stage (1-A Kryshtaleva str.)
• the house is commissioned.
Fourth stage (1 Kryshtaleva str.)
• connection of electricity supply on a permanent basis has been complete.
The fifth stage (1-B Kryshtaleva str.)
• finishing works are underway in the lobby, the facade of the first floor is being fitted out (95% complete), irrigation systems are being installed, landscaping works are being carried out, plants are being planted, all building systems are being tested, the building is being connected to water and electricity supply networks, preparations are being made to commission the building and to transfer the apartments to investors.
• in the last part of the underground parking lot, landscaping, flooring, and fire safety system installation are ongoing.
