The first stage (9-A Oksamytova St.)
• the house is commissioned.
The second stage (11-A Oksamytova St.)
• the house is commissioned.
The third stage (1-A Kryshtaleva str.)
• the house is commissioned.
Fourth stage (1 Kryshtaleva str.)
• the house is commissioned.
The fifth stage (1-B Kryshtaleva str.)
• landscaping and planting have been completed.
• the facade of the first floor is being finished (99% complete), and the building is being prepared for commissioning and handover to investors.
• the flooring has been completed in the last section of the underground parking lot. Landscaping and installation of the fire safety system are ongoing. The process of marking and preparation for electrical work has begun.
