The first stage (9-A Oksamytova St.)
• the house is commissioned.
The second stage (11-A Oksamytova St.)
• the house is commissioned.
The third stage (1-A Kryshtaleva str.)
• the house is commissioned.
Fourth stage (1 Kryshtaleva str.)
• connection of electricity supply on a permanent basis and conclusion of major contracts are in progress.
The fifth stage (1-B Kryshtaleva str.)
• outdoor lighting installation completed;
• finishing works in the lobby, installation of the 1st floor facade (90% complete), installation of irrigation, landscaping works, planting of plants, testing of all building systems, connection of the building to water and electricity supply networks, preparation for commissioning of the building, preparation for transfer of housing to investors;
• landscaping, flooring, and fire safety system installation are ongoing in the last section of the underground parking garage.
